Harvest is a community bank. Our heart lies in the communities we serve, and we firmly believe that we need to give back to those communities – with service and financial support. Many of the organizations we support are listed here.
We also encourage our staff to play active roles in non-profit organizations/events of their choice. In fact, each year we recognize a team member who has done an outstanding job in this area with the Roland A. Turmol, Sr. Community Service Award. Deb Baionno, manager of our Woodstown-Pilesgrove Office, earned the 2009 honor. Service is Deb's middle name, and whether she is working with a customer, staff member of volunteering, she gives her best – and always with a smile. She's been very involved in the Woodstown-Pilesgrove Business Association, Meals on Wheels, the Junior Women's Club, JA, and making banking presentations to area school classes. In addition, she and her team always are involved in pulling together or riding on our parade floats, making awesome scarecrows and cleaning up area roads.
