determining market value, including but not limited to, the Bank's financial
performance to date, its future prospects, the stock prices of other similar
banking institutions, and the prices at which Harvest Bank has sold common stock
to the public in the past.

Yes, we are an FDIC insured commercial banking institution.
Q. Are we going to offer Internet
Banking Services (deposit transfers, bill paying, account opening, etc.)?
Yes, we currently offer Internet
banking services to customers who want to open or currently have Harvest
accounts. We plan to expand these services to include bill paying options in
2007.

Pennsville, Pilesgrove-Woodstown, Elmer, and Salem, we operate a DAILY COURIER SERVICE throughout the Salem,
Gloucester and Cumberland County areas. Our drivers will come to any of our
business clients' doorsteps. This service is free of charge.
